Gibraltar Manor has an active community center with access to a library with computers, as well as fitness equipment. Residents enjoy an active lifestyle, with plenty of planned social activities like arts and crafts, bingo, and other games.

Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 55 or older to live at Gibraltar Manor. Residents who are 62 years old or older and meet the specified income limits receive rent rates that are based on 30 percent of adjusted gross annual income.
