Welcome

The Wellspring Livonia Campus provides exceptional residential care for youth needing a safe, supportive and structured environment. It is a home offering stability, compassion, healing and growth. Admission is limited to youth in foster care referred by Michigan DHHS who have cognitive impairments or other developmental disabilities.

Wellspring’s Farmington Hills services have been moved to the Wellspring Livonia Campus.

Residential Care Services at the Livonia Campus

The Livonia Campus offers comprehensive trauma-informed residential youth services to address residents' holistic needs, including therapeutic counseling, educational support, life skills training and recreational activities. Our goal is to provide a safe haven and equip young individuals with the tools and resilience needed for a successful transition back into their communities and fulfilling lives. We strive to create an atmosphere of positive reinforcement and consistent care that helps transform lives.

Our highly-trained, compassionate staff works around the clock, providing individualized attention, clinical support and daily encouragement. Built on empathy and respect, our trauma-informed approach helps youth with complex challenges realize their full potential.

Admission is limited to youth in foster care referred by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services who have cognitive impairments or other developmental disabilities. Foster Care workers should contact the Specialized Placement Division of MDHHS for more information.
