We believe that budget shouldn’t be a barrier to finding a great place to live, even if your budget is based on a fixed income. We also understand the challenge of finding housing that fits a budget. To meet this challenge Wellspring Lutheran Services offers affordable senior housing in several cities throughout Michigan — for seniors who meet age and income requirements.

This affordable rate is made possible by tax credits offered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and/or the Michigan State Housing & Urban Development Authority (MSHDA).

Eligibility for Affordable Senior Housing

To be eligible for our affordable senior housing, residents must be 62 years of age or older and meet specified income limits.
