Covenant HealthCare is the largest regional health system in the Great Lakes Bay area and has partnered with Wellspring in a long-term commitment to enhance the post-acute services for seniors and their families. Covenant Skilled Nursing & Rehab at Wellspring is located on the Wellspring Senior Living Campus in Saginaw. The faciilty provides therapy and nursing services to seniors who are coming from the hospital and on their way back to health — and ultimately back to their home. This partnership brings together the best of these two nonprofits with deep roots in the community.
