Presbyterian Villages of Michigan (PVM)

Since 2005, Presbyterian Villages of Michigan and Wellspring have partnered to develop and manage affordable housing for seniors across Michigan. Working with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA), the partnership seeks special funding that allows seniors on very low incomes to access safe and affordable housing.
